My family treated me like the very well fed and pampered princess that I am. :-)
Munchkin picked out the flowers, the card, and the balloon. My Mum made the art:

My family is the sweetest. Quality time, thoughtful gifts, delicious food....what more could a messy mom ask for?? Actually, I don't mean that to be a question. I couldn't ask for more. :-)
Happy Birthday!! After this year you will try hard not to remember how old you are. LOL My kids always remind me though. LOL I am just joking. I still remember how old I am everytime I look at my oldest and remember I am old enough to have a teenager. LOL Sounds like you had an amazing birthday surrounded by loved ones. ;0)
