This Halloweenish craft is so simple it's just plain silly. Want to make your own glow water??
Now, don't go drinking this water....it's not for that...but it would look great in a fountain!!
You'll Need:
Highlighters
Water
Jar
Gloves
~Take your highlighters and break them in half with some scissors.
~Take the felt inside the plastic and put it into a jar of water.
~Do this with all the highlighters. Let them soak in the water for an hour or more (or squeeze them out with your hands to make it quicker). Then, just drain and pull out the felt.
~To make your water really glow, put it under a black light.
